Qualification:

• BS Chemical Engineering/BS Chemistry/BS Materials Science degree holder
• Licensed Chemical Engineer/Chemist
• Amenable to work in Pasig.

Role:

• Provide technical support and product application assistance to customers and the Sales team.
• Conduct product testing, application trials, and performance evaluations.
• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, formulations, or application methods.
• Troubleshoot product performance and application-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct on-site customer visits, product demonstrations, and application trials when required.
• Monitor and document product performance, test results, customer feedback, and technical concerns.
• Collaborate with R&D in product development, improvement, testing, and optimization.
• Assist in developing technical specifications, product data sheets, application guidelines, and other technical documentation.
• Conduct technical presentations and product training for customers, Sales personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer requirements, and developments in adhesives, biofuels, and coconut-based products.
• Ensure that product applications and recommendations comply with company standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other technical and product-related duties as assigned.
